The Annual income ceiling to avail of education scholarships and welfare schemes are fixed very low such as Rs 2.5   Lakhs for reimbursement of Professional college fees, Rs 6  Lakhs for getting a scholarship for foreign study and Rs 72,000 for availing of a THADCO loan, whereas for availing employment  Annual income ceiling is fixed for Rs 8 Lakhs for EWS and OBC.   We are not bothered to ask the Govt and Rulers about raising these income ceilings for SC/ST.  We are still fighting against Santana forces which are not our concern which will help only to other backward castes.  we should concentrate on the welfare of our students and unemployed youth and general SC/ST people's plight and welfare.  Our political parties should fight for raising the annual income ceiling for educational and warfare schemes.  Every state and central Government should compile various schemes of Scholarship and welfare schemes of various Government departments’ details in the booklet every year and make them available to SC/ST students, unemployed youth and General SC/ST people. Whether these issues will be taken up by our political parties and social organizations.
