VCK observes a fast

Members of Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) observed a fast in front of the Railway Station here on Thursday to condemn the recent killings of Indian fishermen allegedly by Sri Lankan Navy.



The agitators criticised the Union and State governments for not taking any action to intervene in the matter and prevent the killings. They said that the unprovoked firing on Indian fishermen by the Lankan Navy should be stopped at any cost.
